Welcome to Five Points Automotive. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, both online and at our physical location. By utilizing any service provided by Five Points Automotive, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Five Points Automotive, LLC, located at 3695 Berryhill Rd, Pace, FL 32571, provides a comprehensive range of automotive repair and maintenance services for passenger vehicles and light trucks. These services include, but are not limited to, general vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, engine repair, brake repair, transmission service, electrical repair, oil changes, tune-ups, and suspension and steering repair.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- Service Estimates: We will provide an estimate for services and parts before commencing any work. This estimate is an approximation and may vary based on unforeseen issues or additional repairs discovered during the service process.
- Authorization for Additional Work: Any work exceeding the original estimate will require your explicit authorization prior to being performed.
- Pricing: Our pricing for labor and parts is competitive and reflects the quality of our service and expertise.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for all services and parts is due in full upon completion of the work and prior to the release of the vehicle. We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at our facility.
4. Vehicle Drop-off and Pick-up
- Timely Pick-up: Vehicles should be picked up promptly after notification of service completion.
- Storage Fees: A reasonable daily storage fee may be applied to vehicles not picked up within [three] business days after notification of service completion, unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Risk: While your vehicle is on our premises, Five Points Automotive will take reasonable care. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents due to theft, vandalism, or acts of nature.
5. Warranty on Repairs and Parts
Five Points Automotive stands behind the quality of our workmanship and parts. Specific warranty details, including duration and covered components, will be provided at the time of service or can be inquired about directly. This warranty applies only to the original customer and the vehicle on which the service was performed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Five Points Automotive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
